Ordering & Shipping


How to Order
To purchase corals simply Email us your order. There is also an contact form page on the right top corner that can be filled out with basic customer information and shipping address.To expedite your order include on you e-mail your Zip code for shipping quotes and Paypal address to send you the invoice.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: Payment is only tendered via Paypal.



Delivery Methods
We ship using Fedex Priority Overnight to the continental United States only.
Q: Is there a way to save on shipping?
A: Yes. If you’re ordering several items , Contact us and we’ll do our best to group the items and pass on the savings
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Once your order is placed we will send you an email asking you for your preferred arrival date. We will not ship your order until you have confirmed an arrival date with us.
Q: Can I come in to pick up my order?
A: Yes. Email us to schedule a time for pick up.
We ship only healthy livestock. Our corals are guaranteed to arrive alive when shipped overnight.

If there is any DOA of live animals, you must report via email within 4 hours . You are required to send us pics of any damaged /DOAS within 4 hours. We will refund or provide a credit on the value of the livestock. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible if there is not someone to receive your FedEx delivery on the date that you request it.
